Terms & Conditions

BOOKING POLICY

Deposit Policy: Deposit of full night for a single night. Otherwise, the deposit of first-night tariffs for multiple nights. Or the first week’s tariffs for multiple weeks.

 

Cancellation Policy: Bookings Cancelled with 30 days notice from check-in 50% refund on deposit. Bookings canceled after this time, no refund on deposit. If an alteration occurs to your booking while staying with us any payments made will not be refunded. 

Pre-Authorisation Accommodation Bookings: A valid credit card must be provided prior to arrival to allow pre-authorisation of funds. This is released after departure and may take 3 working days to appear in your account.

COVID-19: The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal & State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access Coral Coast Tourist Parks' premises. Where the customer does not meet a Government vaccination or testing requirement, the customer will not be granted entry to the park and will forfeit any and all monies paid.

Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions (other than vaccination or testing requirements) the customer will be entitled to a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time and valid for 48 months), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.

Insurance: We strongly advise travel insurance for all your holiday bookings to meet your personal requirements in respect to personal injury, illness, employment changes, weather conditions and including COVID 19 specific coverage.

 

Pricing Policy: Pricing can be subject to change without prior notice.

Pet Policy: Please advise at the time of booking. Pets are allowed on all sites (no charge) and in select accommodation types (Fees apply).
